The coaching work of Be You And Be Fearless comes from the heart, soul and purpose
of Certified Life Coach Brooke Lewis. A coach is a professional who supports, empowers
and challenges individuals to help them realize their personal goals. The coaching
relationship is a partnership relying on a high level of trust and connection between
coach and client. Through the use of language, active listening, compassion, creativity,
life experience and intuition, Brooke will support you, guide you and honor you
in areas where you are feeling stuck, confused, fearful, insecure or simply needing
help or someone to listen. Through the use of tools, exercises and certification
from the Life Purpose Institute, Brooke will coach you with professionalism and purpose.
Life Coaching is not traditional therapy and Brooke is here to support you as your
“friend”, “buddy”, “mentor” and “confidante”...someone every teen, young adult and
woman deserves!
